Born in Munich, Germany, I grew up with well-travelled parents, sparking a lifelong curiosity for the world. But my true journey didn’t begin just as a traveller—it began as a seeker, searching for meaning, purpose, and healing.

My passion for exploration has taken me from hiking the Himalayas and meditating with Buddhist monks in China to diving into the underwater world of the Maldives and trekking across the deserts of the Emirates. I’ve travelled by train through Thailand, hiked Hawaii’s volcanoes, and ventured deep into the jungles of Malaysia and the ancient Maya ruins of Mexico. Along the way, I discovered the power of flower essences, immersed myself in Hatha yoga in Bali, surfed the waves of Sri Lanka, and spent years in the pristine Seychelles, gaining deep insight into luxury hospitality and transformational travel experiences.

After two decades of exploration, I realized the answers were never out there—they were always within. But the right destination can be the key to discovering them. Now, I use my journey to uncover the hidden stories behind places, brands, and experiences, crafting authentic, soulful narratives that inspire, connect, and leave a lasting impact.

I participated in the Master’s event in Trauma Psychology at the University of Oxford, learning from experts like Dr. Gabor Maté, Richard Schwartz, Janina Fisher, and Bessel van der Kolk. With 15+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, PR, advertising and corporate publishing, I help high-end hotels, resorts, and travel brands write brand copy, develop media strategies, and storytelling campaigns that align with the evolving luxury travel landscape. As PR & Marketing Director for Hilton Hotels in the Indian Ocean, I developed high-impact PR campaigns and shaped globally recognized brand identities.
